DTF

The series for the DTF (Direct To Film) printing technique includes water – based pigment color inks, specially designed for printing on polyester films to facilitate transfer from the film to the fabric. The inks are formulated with special binding chemicals to exhibit excellent adhesion and high elasticity.

Heat Transfer Film

The DTF heat transfer film is a specialized polyester material that acts as an intermediate carrier for printing in the Direct To Film method. The desired design is printed onto it using special DTF inks (water-based pigment inks) and, after applying thermoplastic adhesive, it is transferred onto the fabric with heat and pressure.

The use of high-quality film is essential to achieve vibrant colors, high detail, proper adhesion, and wash durability on cotton, polyester, and blended fabrics.

Inks

The entire range of digital printing inks has been tested to demonstrate excellent stability on the most common print heads, resulting in optimal final results while also eliminating the possibility of their blockage.

Depending on the type of piezoelectric print heads used by digital printing machines (EPSON , RICOH), corresponding series of inks with the highest specifications are available, accompanied by the strictest health, safety and environmental certifications.

Special

Special glue for film, in liquid phase, with the ability to be printed through digital print heads. This product is capable of adding a revolutionary tone to the traditional standards of digital printing.

Thermoplastic Adhesives

White matte thermoplastic adhesive, characterized by increasing coverage in white, featuring high durability and exceptional stability in washing. The adhesive is optimized for both manual and mechanical use. Note that depending on the fabric, different types of thermoplastic glue may be required (for heat transfer onto nylon polyester and cotton).
