Texchem’s portfolio incudes products for fabric pre – treatment (prior to printing), ink series and thermoplastic adhesives for direct printing on fabric, as well as products for post – treatment (after printing).

The entire range of pre – treatment is developed to prepare the fabric for digital printing, ensuring the desired resistance to both inks and processes. Pre – treatment products significantly enhance ink absorption, resistance in washing and friction (dry/wet), as well as the quality of the final image on the fabric, maintaining uniformity while highlighting the brightness and the clear outlines.

Depending on the fabric’s final destination, it may be necessary to incorporate products that give to the fabric specific characteristics. Specifically, finishing products contribute to refine the fabric, making it ready for its intended use. Post – treatment products are used to give the fabric a special, different texture/appearance from the original, enhancing its total performance.

Inks

The range for Direct To Garment (DTG) digital printing technology includes water – based pigment color inks, containing a bonding material for direct fabric printing. At the moment, the ink range comprises basic CMYK color inks as well as white.

All inks are characterized by high elasticity and optimal coverage, with exceptional wash resistance. Their special composition allows for outstanding performance even without pre – treatment.

Depending on the type of piezoelectric print head used by digital printing machines (EPSON, RICOH), corresponding ink series of highest specifications are available, accompanied by the strictest health, safety and environmental certifications.
